Our Gold Service Contract features everything that a professional business needs to support their IT infrastructure. 

The Helpdesk uses a variety of methods to solve your IT problems. From advanced remote control software, logging on remotely to servers, routers and computers, to giving instructions over the phone or emailing a detailed step-by-step procedure.

The Remote Helpdesk Contract comes with unlimited remote assistance. This, combined with ad-hoc on-site support (in just four working hours in an emergency), minimises downtime and helps your business run smoothly.

The Helpdesk is operational:
Monday – Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.

  • On-site support within 4 hours for Level 1 support situation [separately chargeable]
  • Monthly report detailing support calls received and solutions provided
