On this page we have links to various anti-malware resources & other great tools ... and some are free!   If you suspect that your PC is already infected please go here first, or see the new tool from MicrosoftFor suspected Root-kit or boot-sector infections download Kasperky's TDSSKiller. Save this to your desktop and unzip it. Then reboot into Safe mode to run the tool. Confused? ... then contact us. Malware can be a trial to remove, so do contact us if you are concerned to get a full solution to an infection.

MalAware is a new, extremely small and ultra fast malware scanner. Run this scanner now.  If it finds anything it will prompt you to download A-Squared

ROOTKITS
are a type of malware that can be hard to remove.
GMER, a specilaist tool, can often do the job but you'll need to read the instructions! Rootkits can be hard to remove. Email us if you need help

Also for I.T. geek-types is
ComboFix from BleepingComputer.com. Read the instructions on the site carefully if you wish to use this tool. If it comes to this it may pay off to simply back up your data and then reinstall your PC and programmes.Email us if you need help
